Return and Exchange Policy
Our valued customers can return and exchange purchases within 3 days from the date of receipt in case of a manufacturing defect in any of the purchased products from fabrics, turbans, or keffiyehs. To accept the return of the product, it must be unused and in its original condition (closed in its original purchase packaging with all its accessories as it was in the case of sale), in its original box, and must include packaging materials, blank warranty cards, manuals, brochures, and all accessories, as received from Darzy Al-Fereej Tailoring and Textiles WLL.

If the packaging or box is opened, we cannot return the product, as used, opened, or incomplete products are not returnable.

The original purchase invoice and purchase transaction number or purchase order must be attached.

When returning a damaged product, the defect must be mentioned on a separate sheet and attached to the invoice. Please do not write or put any marks on the product packaging or on the product itself.

For claims for the replacement of products damaged during delivery or products missing from the purchase list, it is necessary to write to Darzy Al-Fereej customer service to report the case within 12 hours of receipt of the purchases.

Darzy Al-Fereej Store bears the shipping costs if the shipment arrives damaged to the customer, or if a product is sent with different specifications, size, or size than the one requested through the purchase on the site, and in the event of replacing an undamaged product, such as a change in the customer’s desire, the customer bears the full shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes imposed by the various authorities in the customer’s country or the State of Qatar.

The amount is refunded to your credit card balance after the product is received by Darzy Al-Fereej Store and it is confirmed that it meets the return conditions, and the customer is informed of any costs, fees, or taxes resulting from the return process that will be deducted from the order value.

After the shipment is prepared and handed over to the shipping company, Darzy Al-Fereej Store disclaims all responsibility for any delay outside the agreed period. In case of delay, the shipping company is contacted to track your order and receive it.

Darzy Al-Fereej Tailoring and Textiles Store also disclaims all responsibility after shipping your order and changing the shipping route by the customer or canceling the order or providing incorrect information such as mobile number, email, or delivery address. In this case, the customer bears the shipping costs and any financial matters related to his shipment.

How to return and exchange

You can contact us via email info@darzyalfereej.com: with the order data and number and send a picture of the received product showing the manufacturing defect or the reason for the return.

The return request will be reviewed according to the return and exchange policy mentioned above, and the Darzy Al-Fereej Store website reserves the right to refuse a request to return/refund/exchange the product if it is for reasons that violate the store’s policy.

The amount for the returned product is refunded to your credit card balance used for payment after receiving the product and confirming that it meets the return conditions (the period varies according to what is applicable by the customer’s bank).
